If your toy arrives damaged or with missing parts, we’ll make it right with replacement parts or a full replacement depending on the issue.

Do your toys come with a warranty?

Yes — every ride-on toy comes with a 90-day Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects, electrical issues, and structural problems.

Wear-and-tear or damage from misuse isn’t covered, but we always aim to help with affordable replacement parts.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes — fully assembled or used products, clearance items, and accessories (like batteries or chargers) are final sale for safety and hygiene reasons.

If the product arrives defective, your warranty still applies.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days from our Ontario warehouse.

During peak seasons (holiday, spring/summer), shipping times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your postal code and product size.

We negotiate the best rates possible — ride-on toys are oversized items, but we keep prices as fair as possible.

How long does delivery take?

Most customers in Ontario receive their order within 7–12 business days.

For Western Canada or rural areas, delivery may take 7–16 business days.

Are your products safe for young children?

All toys meet Canadian safety standards and include seatbelts, speed-appropriate motors, parental remotes (on select models), and durable construction-grade components.

Do your ride-on toys come with a remote control?

Many of our models include 2.4GHz parental remotes so parents can override steering and speed.

Do the toys come with a battery and charger?

Yes — all electric ride-ons include a 12V battery and compatible charger unless otherwise stated.

How long does the battery last?

Battery life depends on terrain, weight, and usage, but most customers get 45–90 minutes of play per charge.

What age range are your toys designed for?

Can the toys be used outdoors?

Absolutely! Our products are designed for real outdoor play — driveways, backyards, patios, and light grass.

Avoid deep mud, steep hills, or water exposure to protect the electronics.
