We offer a 30-day return window on all unused, unassembled products in their original packaging.
If your toy arrives damaged or with missing parts, we’ll make it right with replacement parts or a full replacement depending on the issue.
To start a return, just contact us with your order number and photos of the product.

Yes — every ride-on toy comes with a 90-day Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects, electrical issues, and structural problems.
Wear-and-tear or damage from misuse isn’t covered, but we always aim to help with affordable replacement parts.

Yes — fully assembled or used products, clearance items, and accessories (like batteries or chargers) are final sale for safety and hygiene reasons.
